Fire Plan Reviewers are responsible for reviewing construction plans for fire-code compliance. Most cities will have their own fire plan reviewers. In cities without fire plan review and unincorporated areas, the county will perform the fire plan review.

There are several counties that require any business conducting work in their jurisdiction to obtain a Local Business Tax Receipt here are a few that currently require it Duval County, Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
